We were excited to have Logan, Dalton, and Josh read to our class today.
They play basketball for the High School. I had Logan and Josh in my 3rd grade class!
They read "If You Take a Mouse to the Movies". Angeline liked how they read, especially the part about the mouse stringing the popcorn.
The students looked star struck. They hardly asked questions at first and all the girls were really shy, which is unusual!
They signed our autograph books and lots of kids gave them pictures they drew. The boys were very sweet and commented on all of them. Several kids said that Josh rocks and he was nice. I agree!
Tristen thought Dalton was nice and cool. "If I'm the top AR reader. I'll pick him!"
Alex thought Logan was nice. Mallorie thinks they are all awesome basketball players too! (Must be the coach:)
Angeline got pretty giddy around Dalton. Not sure what that was all about!
I thought it would be cute for the boys to hold the girls up for a picture. That really started something. Every kid wanted to be held up after that.
The boys are showing off their strength too. Zane thinks he could beat them in basketball. Sounds like a challenge!
